Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with an item, you can return it to us under the terms of this policy. Please read this policy carefully.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under Hong Kong law, which are not affected.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Change of Mind / Non-Defective Items
We accept returns for a full refund or exchange for most items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and labels are attached.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • The item is not a final sale item (see section 4 below).

1.2 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund, exchange, or repair, as appropriate. This is in accordance with your statutory rights under the Hong Kong Sale of Goods Ordinance.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [565121365@qq.com] within the eligible return period. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include the original invoice, and clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refunds

  • Timing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
  • Deductions: For returns due to a change of mind, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. The cost of the return shipping will be your responsibility.
  • Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny a refund if an item is returned used, damaged, or missing tags.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Socks
  • Earrings (for piercing hygiene)
  • Final Sale / Clearance Items: These items will be clearly marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when you contact us to initiate the return.

If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items (unless faulty) cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for a different size/colour, subject to availability.

7. Return Shipping Costs & Risk

  • For Change of Mind: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. The risk of loss or damage to the returned item remains with you until we receive it. We highly recommend you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
  • For Faulty/Incorrect Items: We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
